Job Summary
Produce electrical installation plans and 3D models of equipment, lighting, conduit, and raceways for manufacturing, data center, and industrial facility projects. Develop layouts of major electrical distribution equipment and determine the location of electrical panels while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team across multiple office locations. Gain mentorship from experienced professionals to grow your technical skills in state-of-the-art facility design. This entry-level role supports diverse industrial sites including pulp and paper mills and steel mills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Drafting and Design, Architectural Drafting, or a similar program
- 2 years of on-the-job experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing, petrochemical, or industrial facilities
- Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and/or Revizto
- Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for buildings and construction
- Quick learner, driven to broaden technical knowledge
