Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Noah Homes Inc., provide daily living support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Spring Valley, CA, help create a safe, comfortable home environment, accompany residents to appointments and community activities, and collaborate on individualized support plans. Requires a HS diploma, ability to pass a Live scan and health screen, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record for 3+ years. Working hours include 4 days on / 3 days off with split shifts or a 4–5 day week depending on home level, and opportunities for advancement. Compensation starts at $20.00–$21.00 per hour with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, life insurance, retirement, PTO, paid meals, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
