Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, handle DOT/FHWA inspections, and repair tires, brakes, suspension, electrical, and ABS systems. Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum, take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Reefer unit experience is a plus. Work flexible 3x12 or 4x10 shifts with a $2.00/hour differential for second and third shifts. Earn incentives for ASE certifications in brakes, suspension, and PMs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude
