Entry Level Customer Success Opportunity

Entry Level Customer Success Opportunity through Year Up United’s one-year or shorter training program. The program provides in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship across four career pathways, with an educational stipend during internships. Participants gain product and service knowledge, customer-centric training, finance-focused and professional development skills, including interviewing and networking, resume building, and ongoing guidance to launch their career. Internship experiences may be hosted at JPMorganChase, Bank of America, or other leading organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Pathways include Financial advisory, Sales specialist, Product Support, Sales operations and analytics, and Patient Services. Eligible applicants are high school graduates or GED recipients, eligible to work in the U.S., available Monday–Friday for the duration, and who have not yet obtained a Bachelor’s degree. 72% of graduates are employed and/or pursuing education within 4 months of graduation; average starting salary among employed graduates is $53,000 per year. During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
