Build relationships and gain exposure to running a business through the Customer Experience job training pathway, which combines technical and professional training in Banking and Customer Success. Participate in in-classroom skill development and receive personalized coaching and mentorship while earning an educational stipend of $525 per week. Access internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement, potentially at organizations like Morgan Stanley or Bank of America in the Salt Lake City area. Develop a customer-centric mindset, comprehensive finance training, and professional communication skills to launch a career in financial advisory, sales, or product support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
