Job Summary
Conduct customer success activities within the Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims pathway during your one-year intensive training program at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. Apply for the Customer Experience job training pathway to receive technical and professional skill development alongside personalized coaching and mentorship through four unique career pathways. Participate in the internship phase to earn an educational stipend of $525 per week while gaining product knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and comprehensive finance training.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
