Job Summary
Conduct customer-facing interactions and build relationships within banking or customer success environments while developing technical and professional skills. Gain exposure to running a business through comprehensive finance training, communication development, and resume building. Participate in the Customer Experience job training pathway, which may include an internship at JPMorganChase or Bank of America. Complete one year of intensive skill development with access to job placement services through YUPRO Placement. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
