Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

Respond to customer calls and emails regarding products and services, process orders to ensure fulfillment, and handle complaints or concerns. Log all contacts accurately in the customer database system and perform general administrative tasks such as copying and filing. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management. This role requires a high school diploma, strong phone and email etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
