Entry Level Customer Service - Albuquerque

Job Summary
Answer customer questions regarding 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance while helping clients make clearer financial decisions. Join a 14-week training cohort to progress from basic calls to sophisticated inquiries about client 401K plans. Work onsite one week out of every four (M-F) during a phased rollout, with training hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm MST followed by an 8-hour shift between 7:00am and 10:00pm MST. No finance background or degree is required; success depends on strong listening skills, empathy, and adaptability to evolving onsite expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently, this role is required to be onsite for one week (M-F, all 5 days) out of every four weeks

- Provide outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels
- Training hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm MST
- Must be able to work an 8hr shift between the hours of 7:00am – 10:00pm MST
