Job Summary
Entry-level Construction Project Engineer position in STRUCTURAL NY Building Envelope, based in Hawthorne, NJ (office-focused). The role supports the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program, emphasizing in-field learning across competencies such as scheduling and production-rate tracking, estimating, budget preparation and cost control, safety management, quality control, and client relations. The program aims to develop participants into company leaders through mentorship and cross-functional experience in project management, estimating, and construction management. The team specializes in repairing envelopes and facades of high-rise structures in New York City, with rope-access support and inspection work. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field), a GPA of 2.8 or higher, at least one relevant internship, strong communication and documentation skills, problem-solving ability, reliability in transportation to job-sites, and a collaborative, safety-focused mindset.
