The role builds experience across competencies before promotion into project management, estimating, construction management, and related paths, with mentorship and a focus on collaboration, time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication with diverse stakeholders, and safety. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
- A minimum of one relevant internship experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- Aptitude for solving problems
- Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
