Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn and obtain certifications (ACI and ICC)
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing)
- Basic math skills and understanding of units of measure
- Ability to handle fluctuating schedule and travel as needed
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift 40-50 lbs
- Outdoor work readiness in varying weather conditions
- I-9 employment eligibility (valid) required to be considered
- Attention to detail and ability to document tests and findings
- Experience with field and/or lab testing and reporting is a plus
