Job Summary
Travel to client locations within a 100-mile radius to perform warranty hardware replacements on desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and POS systems. Manage repair requests via computer and mobile devices while ensuring you have necessary tools and ESD protection. Complete and pass client certifications within three days and maintain valid driver's license and vehicle for field service. Start each day by checking your queue and contacting clients before heading out. This 1099 independent contractor role offers industry certifications at no cost for those with two years of IT hardware experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of IT hardware experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
