Job Summary
The Repair Tech will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting servers, including the replacement of parts and conducting stress tests. Ideal candidates should possess basic knowledge of server architecture and networking.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read and write English
- Experience of simple or repetitive component replacement such as LCD/HDD
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year experience in Repair Depot
- Worked in a low production PC type environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of different models such as ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, and Acer
