Job Summary
Monitor processes, assist with client audits, audit internal practices, and respond to consumer communications to ensure the agency operates within applicable laws and client requirements. Support the Legal & Compliance Department by helping maintain regulatory adherence in debt collection while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to begin a career in regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
