Job Summary
Entry level commercial roofer under Foreman direction responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing EPDM, TPO & PVC roofing systems; requires training if needed, ability to lift heavy loads, work outdoors in varying weather, bend/kneel/climb ladders, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively; on-site role based in Rutland, VT with in-house training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
