Job Summary
Under the direction of the crew's Foreman, install, maintain, and repair all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC. Perform extensive standing, walking, and climbing ladders while lifting 25+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally. Work in an outdoor field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and varying weather conditions. Follow instructions and safety guidelines to maintain professionalism. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation. In-house training emphasizes employee safety and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.
- Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!
