Assess and investigate travel-related claims by applying policy guidelines to determine coverage and validity. Conduct claim investigations, establish action plans, and communicate with claimants to gather necessary documentation while maintaining empathy. Maintain detailed records within internal systems and ensure timely resolutions within 15-25 days by spending 50-75% of time conversing with stakeholders. Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions. No prior claims experience required; training provided. Hybrid schedule of three days in office and two days remote.
