Job Summary
Assess and investigate travel-related claims, applying policy guidelines to determine coverage and validity while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Spend 50-75% of time conversing with claimants to gather necessary documentation and ensure efficient resolution within 30-45 days. Conduct claim investigations, establish action plans, and maintain detailed records within internal systems while complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and the ability to obtain state-specific adjuster licensing within six months. Located in Stevens Point, WI, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for details, supporting thorough investigations and precise documentation
- A willingness to obtain your State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment
- Live within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI
- Willing to commute into the office 2-3 days per month if outside of a commutable distance
