Assess and investigate travel-related claims, applying policy guidelines to determine coverage and validity. Maintain detailed claim records within internal systems while gathering necessary documentation from claimants with empathy. Conduct claim investigations to establish clear action plans ensuring timely resolutions within 30-45 days. Spend 50-75% of time conversing with stakeholders to provide exceptional customer support throughout the process. Comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements in applicable jurisdictions. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training for those without prior claims experience. Candidates must live within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI, and obtain State Specific Adjuster Licensing within six months.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An eye for details
- Live within 150 miles of Stevens Point, WI
- Willing to commute into the office 2-3 days per month
- Willingness to obtain your State Specific Adjuster Licensing within 6 months of employment
