Job Summary
Conduct site planning, grading, and utility designs for commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Partner with engineers and mentors to interpret design manuals, zoning ordinances, and jurisdictional regulations while reviewing regulatory comments and assisting with project redesigns. Support stormwater management reports and construction submittals, then attend site visits to observe field conditions and coordinate with project teams. Participate in professional training and civic organizations to build your network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 0–1+ years of residential, commercial, or industrial site design and permitting experience
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative approach to teamwork
- Motivation to take initiative
- Current authorization to work in the United States
