Entry Level Carpenter

Entry-Level Carpenter responsibilities include assisting carpenters with framing, finish work, and general construction tasks; measuring, cutting, and preparing materials; loading/unloading and transporting tools and materials; safely operating hand and power tools; maintaining a clean, safe job site; assisting with installation of doors, trim, cabinetry, drywall, and other carpentry tasks; following safety procedures; and performing general labor to support project completion. Skills emphasized include ability to use basic hand and power tools, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation to job sites around Boston and the North Shore, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
