Entry Level Business Development Representative

Entry-level Sales Representative / BDR for Bisnow's Commercial Real Estate Advertising & Event Sales. Hybrid in Chicago: in-office 3-4 days a week and from home 1-2 days. You will be trained in all product solutions, then work with the sales team to create new meetings, proposals, and contracts for clients. Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision makers across CRE asset classes; drive sponsorship sales (digital and in-person); prospect new business to build a strong pipeline; respond to inbound leads; support event production with sponsor-friendly programs; brainstorm topic ideas aligned with industry trends; track activities in Salesforce; collaborate with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and support sponsorship, marketing, and financial performance of events. Requirements include 0-2 years in sales, hustle, entrepreneurial yet disciplined mindset, ability to learn quickly, teamwork, and a strong interest in CRE, media, and digital marketing solutions.
