Job Summary
Articulator position in a dental lab setting. Daytime shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday, based in the Conroe, TX lab. Responsibilities include reviewing daily schedules, conducting quality control on records, communicating with the Central manager and office team, training new staff, performing equipment maintenance, weekly scanner calibration, and upholding safety and tool maintenance. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, willingness to work day or overnight shifts as needed, professional presentation, and travel to the nearest center for on-site training. Starting pay is $15/hour with potential to $25/hour after training; benefits include PTO, holidays, parental/bereavement leave, 401k match, and health/dental/vision/life insurance.
