Job Summary
We are hiring Behavior Therapists to provide home-based therapy to children and adolescents, focusing on providing one-on-one, in-home behavioral intervention according to treatment plans. Responsibilities include collecting and documenting performance records, reporting on patient progress, and actively conducting sessions by responding to client behaviors. Candidates should possess a passion for working with children, be physically active to engage throughout sessions, and have a minimum of a High School diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
- Must pass criminal background test (DOJ/FBI)
- Must pass tuberculous test
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be active throughout session
- Must be willing to drive 30-mile radius from office
Desired Qualifications
- Initial and ongoing paid training and supervision
- Familiarity with iPads and the Apple ecosystem
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with kids
Additional Requirements
- Requires availability during weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Must be available a minimum of 3 weekday evenings per week
- Weekend availability preferred, but not required
