Entry-Level Behavior Technician

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, implementing individualized treatment plans to teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills. Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies while collecting accurate session data and completing clinical documentation. Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress and communicate professionally with families and caregivers. Attend ongoing training and team meetings to maintain competency. Sessions typically last 2–5 hours with children ages 3–17, scheduled in the afternoon and evening. This role offers paid RBT training, clinical supervision, and mentorship from Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
