Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in centers or home-based settings, reinforcing positive behaviors and tracking client progress via iPad data systems. Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child's growth while providing direct treatment services. This part-time role offers approximately 30+ hours per week with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule plus Saturday availability, starting at 15 hours weekly. Earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus and receive paid RBT certification and training. Join a team achieving 2X clinical outcomes per therapy hour compared to industry benchmarks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism
- Comfort using tablet-based technology
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
