Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and develop customer-centric skills through in-classroom instruction and personalized mentorship within the Customer Experience pathway. Gain exposure to running a business while building technical and professional competencies in banking, including resume construction, interviewing, and networking. Participate in an intensive one-year program with Monday-Friday availability, earning an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Access placement support through YUPRO to secure internships at leading organizations such as JPMorganChase or Bank of America in the Seattle/Bellevue area.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
