Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while building product and service knowledge within the Customer Experience pathway. Deliver professional business and communication skills alongside technical banking instruction to high school graduates or GED recipients. Participate in an intensive one-year program featuring in-classroom skill development, personalized coaching, and mentorship through four unique career pathways. During the internship phase, earn an educational stipend of $525 per week while gaining access to placements at organizations like JPMorganChase or Bank of America in the Seattle/Bellevue area.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
