Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and develop professional business and communication skills within the Customer Experience pathway. Gain product and service knowledge alongside technical training in Banking and Customer Success. Participate in an intensive one-year program featuring in-classroom skill development, personalized coaching, and mentorship. If selected, secure access to internships at leading organizations in the Salt Lake City area, including Morgan Stanley or Bank of America, while earning an educational stipend of $525 per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
