Job Summary
Entry Level Automotive Wheel Technician responsible for traveling to customer locations to service vehicles, removing tires and wheels, repairing cosmetic wheel damage with grinding and sanding, painting and refinishing wheels, delivering excellent customer service, and building accounts — with fully Paid Training, travel and lodging included, and uncapped earning potential. Starting pay is $24.15/hour with compensation progressing from training to a combination of hourly rate and commissions as you move out of training; long-term earning potential estimated at $60,000-$110,000+.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to travel to customer locations
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Vision abilities including close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
