Job Summary
Entry Level Automotive Technician at Monaco Ford of Niantic, Connecticut. Full-time, hourly position offering growth opportunities within the company. Responsibilities include performing basic automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks), conducting vehicle inspections and diagnosing mechanical issues, completing repairs and replacements (brakes, batteries, filters), using computer diagnostic systems to identify and troubleshoot problems, communicating with team members and customers regarding repairs and recommendations, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and supporting additional duties as assigned by management. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
