Job Summary
Greet every guest entering the facility with hospitality and respect, then present the best solution for vehicle repairs in clear, understandable terms. Manage store workflow efficiently while consistently selling services without compromising honesty and integrity. Communicate on the phone professionally, shuttle guests in branded vehicles as needed, and ensure all repairs meet proper specifications. Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and customers by maintaining a positive team atmosphere. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm, standing and walking the majority of the day in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's licenses
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
- Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
- Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm
- Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as an Automotive Repair Advisor preferred, but not required
- Outgoing, people-oriented personality ready to go the extra mile for customers
