Job Summary
As a Parts Associate at Carvana (2nd shift), you’ll order parts, identify and record parts needed, and maintain an orderly storage area while receiving and picking parts for vehicles. The role includes a competitive hourly wage ($18-$19) with strong benefits (100% company-paid health premiums, generous PTO, ASE and tool reimbursement, tuition assistance). Training programs support skill and pay progression. Overtime is a key part of the schedule. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and communicate in English; background checks apply. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- May be subject to Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Overtime may be required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
