Job Summary
Entry-Level Automotive Detailer / Lot Attendant positions at Carvana. Roles include detailing vehicles (washing, interior cleaning, exterior buffing), moving vehicles between departments in Inspection Centers, Photobooth photography of vehicles, and Inspection work identifying imperfections. Pay is $19.00-$20.00 hourly with first shift Mon-Fri 6am-3pm and mandatory overtime as needed. Benefits include 100% company-paid healthcare premiums, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and other perks. Training programs provided to develop skills and wage progression; must be able to operate vehicle equipment, lift up to 60 pounds, and have a valid driver’s license. 18+ and English proficiency required; MVR checks may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment with exposure to heat/cold
- Use of safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.)
