Job Summary
Wash and clean vehicle exteriors, interiors, windows, and upholstery while vacuuming to meet quality standards. Apply wax and use a buffer to achieve a polished finish, and clean engine compartments as needed. Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, or defects, reporting concerns immediately to management. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for all detailing tools and equipment. Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure sales-ready vehicles are returned to the lot.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Ability to safely maneuver in and out of vehicles, including bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning products
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while also contributing to a productive and successful team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality results
- Follow dealership standards and procedures to consistently deliver exceptional vehicle presentation
- Maintain a professional appearance and consistently deliver excellent service that positively represents Dahl Automotive
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and can-do mentality to the team
