Job Summary
Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection while working independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs. Compensation is 100% commission-based with first-year earning potential between $50,000 and $75,000.
Required Qualifications
