Job Summary
Entry-level Associate Member Relationship Specialist (Teller 1) in Bullhead City, AZ. Provide exceptional, face-to-face member service, handle routine transactions, identify members accurately, balance cash, and process deposits and card services. Promote credit union products, assist with opening memberships and loan requests, ensure data accuracy and adherence to policies, and maintain branch safety. Participate in learning events, develop knowledge of credit union products and services, and support community and educational initiatives.
