Job Summary
Entry-Level Associate Attorney to manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters from consultation through resolution, including removal defense, federal immigration litigation, and family-based immigration. Draft motions, briefs, and responses to RFEs/NOIDs; prepare clients for USCIS interviews and immigration court, conduct legal research, and stay current on developments in immigration law. Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and client-relations professionals; maintain organized case files and detailed case notes using firm case management systems; provide clear guidance and advocacy to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
