Job Summary
Manage a diverse caseload of immigration matters from consultation through resolution, including removal defense, federal litigation, and family-based immigration cases. Develop tailored legal strategies, draft motions and briefs, and prepare clients for USCIS interviews and court hearings. Conduct legal research to stay current on immigration law developments while maintaining organized case files using firm systems. Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and client relations professionals to provide clear advocacy and guidance. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction
- Strong legal writing, research, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Immigration law experience strongly preferred, particularly in family-based immigration and removal defense
