Job Summary
Maintain high-level client service for Solo(k) Services by assisting with census submissions, Form 5500 filings, and troubleshooting web access or password resets via phone, video, or email. Prioritize workload toward weekly goals while consulting clients on plan operations, design, and platform upgrades. Document all interactions in the workflow management system and complete assigned training to support obtaining industry credentials. Collaborate with account managers to ensure a positive client experience while performing work according to Nova policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must work in the Houston, TX office 5 days per week
- The role will begin in January 2027
- Must be authorized to work for any US employer
- Must attend regular video meetings via Microsoft Teams or equivalent
- Work hours: standard business hours; 40 hours per week
- You may choose a start time between 8:00 am and 9:00 am CST
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience a plus
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to compose a professional email
- Excellent verbal communication skills and knowledge of phone etiquette
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
- Knowledge of VOIP phone systems a plus
- Help desk experience a plus
