Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager at a self-storage facility responsible for daily operations, customer service, sales, property inspections, and payment processing. Handles site checks, delinquent occupant contact, vendor coordination, and basic maintenance (hasp changes, bulb changes, power tools) with independent work and some travel within the district. Week-long shifts concentrate at the Monroe location with coverage at the Granite Falls office; travel within the district required to support other locations. Requires ability to manage documentation and reports, interact with customers, and use basic computer and Office software; Spanish-language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Management, Customer Service, Sales experience preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, smartphones, and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
- Self-Storage experience is a significant plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
