Job Summary
Process and manage vendor invoices by entering data, matching to purchase orders, and obtaining payment approval. Reconcile vendor statements, maintain accurate records, and assist in monthly closings while resolving discrepancies with internal departments. Check request processing and support assigned store activities as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm at the Jim Shorkey North Huntingdon Mitsubishi building, with potential future remote work. Starting at $13 per hour, this entry-level role offers growth opportunities, paid time off, and a 401k match.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Highly Proficient in all Microsoft programs
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
- Proficient with computers and technology platforms
- Strong communication and social skills and receive constructive criticism well
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
