Job Summary
Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information, up-selling, and identifying new revenue sources from existing clients. Establish positive long-term client relations by serving as a liaison to resolve issues and coordinate solutions between management and customers. Educate clients on laboratory testing and competing products while monitoring satisfaction levels to recommend corrective actions. Work closely with Senior Sales Executives and Regional Managers to develop client retention strategies. Maintain knowledge of the assigned territory's competitors and demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making. Requires 1-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently, including occasional nationwide trips. Entry-level candidates with a Medical Assistant certification or Associate Degree are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of successful customer service experience
- Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation
- Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and competing products
- Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide
- Ability to sit, stand and walk
- Ability to drive motor vehicle
- Medical Assistant certification or Associate Degree
