Job Summary
Entry-level ABA Therapist provides 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implements positive behavior strategies, documents session data, and collaborates with families and supervisors. Role involves travel between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius, adherence to crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting; opportunity to advance to BCBA or other roles within Cortica. The position offers part-time schedules, paid training to obtain BCAT, referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent, bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
- Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius
- Experience with children/ autism a plus
- Tech-savvy with EMR and Microsoft Office
