Job Summary
Entry Door Technician responsible for servicing doors and dock hardware, troubleshooting on-site, and maintaining safety. Role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to work without supervision while paying close attention to detail. Duties include servicing products (doors and dock equipment), identifying opportunities to provide customers with products/services, and tracking/ submitting job-related paperwork in a timely manner. Based in Boston, MA with responsibilities centered on installation, maintenance, and repair of door hardware and related systems. Additional duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Able to safely lift 100 pounds over your head
- Commercial door experience and welding experience is a plus but not required
