Job Summary
Define and own GovConnect's vision, mission, and long-term growth strategy while positioning the platform as a trusted solution within the government and public-sector ecosystem. Lead public-sector sales strategy, pilot programs, and institutional partnerships by navigating procurement processes and building strategic relationships with agencies and municipalities. Oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure sustainable financial planning and scalable operating models. Work closely with product and technology teams to evolve the platform in line with real institutional needs, balancing innovation with reliability and security. Represent the company with partners, institutions, and investors while building and leading the leadership team. This entrepreneurial CEO role requires a founder mindset to transform a strong product foundation into a scalable, widely adopted GovTech solution with meaningful equity participation.
Required Qualifications
- Founder-level leader with experience building or scaling B2B, GovTech, or enterprise SaaS companies
- Fluent English
- Proven experience in business leadership, growth, or commercial strategy
- Understanding of public-sector or enterprise procurement environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A pragmatic, execution-driven mindset with long-term vision
- Willingness to take ownership and accountability at company level
