Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking or VC
- at least 2 years of experience founding and running your own company
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- proactive, hands-on mindset
- fluency in both English and German, written and verbal
- ability to convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences
- ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- self-starter with a high sense of ownership
