Job Summary
Monitor daily merchant performance, volume growth, and operational health, performing rigorous root-cause analyses on data anomalies like volume drops or SLA breaches. Lead structured interviews with merchants and end-users to gather qualitative insights, then synthesize metrics and feedback into concrete operational action plans and product capability requests. Partner closely with the core Entrega Delivery Operations team to improve fulfillment rates and ensure logistics capabilities match merchant expectations. Requires 2+ years of analytical experience in tech platforms or logistics, advanced SQL/Excel proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of highly analytical experience within a tech platform, management consulting firm, O2O/Logistics startup, or business operations environment
- Advanced proficiency in SQL
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluent to native proficiency in both English and Spanish
