Job Summary
As an Entraîneur(euse) at Orangetheory Fitness, you will lead, coach, and motivate members during structured group workouts, ensuring a high-quality experience. Ideal candidates are energetic, charismatic, and focused on client progression and performance. Responsibilities include creating engaging training sessions, helping members set and achieve goals, and ensuring safety and effectiveness through corrective feedback. Required qualifications include a personal training certification or a relevant degree, plus valid CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- Personal training and/or group fitness certification: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, YMCA, CanFit Pro, Ataraxia, Coach Export, Quantum, ANIE training, and FPP Institute or a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Physiotherapy
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Ability to perform in a demanding environment
- Team spirit and proactive attitude
